When you submit an inquiry through the contact form on passportprive.com, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number (optional), destination, travel dates, party size, budget range, trip type, and any notes you add.

If you subscribe to the Passport Privé Edit newsletter, your email address is collected and managed by Substack under their privacy policy.

We also collect standard usage data automatically, such as your browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, through standard web analytics. This data is not linked to your identity.

  • To respond to your travel inquiries and plan your trip
  • To send you the Passport Privé Edit newsletter, if you subscribed

Inquiry form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's secure form service, and are accessible only to Paula Zambrano. Newsletter subscriptions are stored by Substack. We retain inquiry submissions only as long as needed to assist with your travel planning.

This site uses browser local storage, not cookies, to remember whether you've dismissed the newsletter prompt, so it doesn't reappear on every visit. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

  • Newsletter: You can unsubscribe from the Passport Privé Edit at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
