Hotel and cruise bookings are commission-based — you pay nothing extra and often get more than booking direct. Ideal when you know where you want to stay and want the right room, rate, and perks handled.

Planning fees are paid upfront before work begins on paid tiers. All tiers include a free 30-minute consultation call. Hotel and cruise-only bookings are complimentary — commission is covered by the supplier. Activity and experience costs are paid to suppliers directly; when I book eligible tours or experiences, I may receive a commission that does not increase your price. Traveling with a group of 5 or more? Reach out for a custom quote.

Straightforward hotel and cruise bookings are commission-based — you pay the same rate as booking direct, with no planning fee. For custom itinerary design and coordinated trip planning, I charge a planning fee that covers time spent researching, booking, and personalizing your trip. When I book activities or experiences, you pay the supplier directly and I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Planning fees are paid upfront in full before any paid-tier work begins.

For domestic or short trips, 1–2 months ahead is ideal. For international or multi-stop trips, reach out 3–4 months in advance to get the best options and access.

Hotel & Cruise Bookings (Complimentary): Commission-based hotel and cruise booking with perks — no custom itinerary or reservations. The Edit ($250): Hotels plus a curated written guide; you self-book dining and activities. The Itinerary ($550): Day-by-day plan, hotels, restaurant reservations, up to three activities booked, and airport transfer. The Full Edit ($950): End-to-end trip management, all activities booked, full transport, and real-time support throughout your trip.
