For custom itinerary design and coordinated trip planning, I charge a planning fee that covers time spent researching, booking, and personalizing your trip. When I book activities or experiences, you pay the supplier directly and I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Planning fees are paid upfront in full before any paid-tier work begins.
For domestic or short trips, 1–2 months ahead is ideal. For international or multi-stop trips, reach out 3–4 months in advance to get the best options and access.
