I'm Paula Zambrano — independent travel advisor, PGA Professional in progress, and the person who will obsess over the details of your trip so you don't have to.
I work with Pinpoints Travel to design journeys for people who know what they want — and want someone who knows exactly how to deliver it. My approach starts with you: where you've been, where you're dreaming of, and what makes a trip feel truly worth it. Then I build something that exceeds all of it.
My background spans two worlds. As a golf professional working toward PGA of America Class A Membership, I know the courses, the conditions, and the questions worth asking before you book a tee time anywhere in the world. As a travel advisor, I've built trusted relationships with the cruise lines, properties, and suppliers that separate a good trip from one you'll never stop talking about.
